2. Clinical Evaluation & Recommendation If imaging is required, we will explain the findings and recommend the appropriate scan.

3. Official Referral to ALTY Orthopaedic Hospital We issue a direct referral letter to ALTY for the required imaging.

4. Make Your Imaging Appointment Contact ALTY Orthopaedic Hospital and bring along your referral letter.

5. Complete Your Scan No payment is required at ALTY. Imaging will be performed as scheduled.

6. Receive Your Results You will receive the digital images (disc) and the radiologist’s report, which can also be sent to you via WhatsApp.

7. Return to Heal Physio Rehab Bring or forward the images and report to us so we can proceed with your treatment plan. Payment is made directly to Heal Physio Rehab.
