Cervical Issue (Neck)
Neck pain is a frequent complaint that can arise from poor posture, stress, or degenerative changes. At Heal Physio Rehab, we treat a range of cervical issues including cervical spondylosis, cervical radiculopathy, and straight neck syndrome, often linked to prolonged screen time. These conditions may cause stiffness, headaches, nerve pain, or muscle tightness. Our treatment approach includes posture correction, manual therapy, targeted exercises, and ergonomic advice. For those with cervical disc herniation (commonly called slip disc), we also provide nerve decompression and mobility strategies to reduce symptoms and improve daily function.

Lumbar (Lower Back)
Lower back pain can significantly limit movement and quality of life. We treat conditions such as lumbar disc herniation(slip disc), sciatica, and lumbar spondylosis, lumbar sponydylolisthesis, which often present with pain, nerve symptoms, or stiffness. Causes can range from poor lifting techniques to prolonged sitting or degenerative spine changes. Our rehabilitation program includes manual therapy, core strengthening, stretching, and postural training. Education is a key part of our treatment to prevent recurrence. With guided therapy, patients regain movement, reduce pain, and restore functional independence in daily and work activities.

Pelvic Pain
Pelvic pain and instability often occur from muscle imbalances, postural strain, or pregnancy-related changes. At our clinic, we commonly manage conditions such as pelvic girdle pain, postnatal instability, and sacroiliac joint dysfunction. These issues can cause pain while walking, turning in bed, or standing for long periods. Our therapy approach combines manual joint techniques, core and pelvic floor activation, and postural retraining. Education on body mechanics and lifestyle modification is also included to support long-term recovery and improved pelvic control during movement. And men too often gets pelvic pain!

Hip Pain
Hip conditions can impact walking, standing, and sitting comfortably. Common problems we treat include hip bursitis, femoroacetabular impingement (FAI), and hip osteoarthritis. These issues may lead to stiffness, sharp groin pain, or difficulty with stairs and squats. Our hip rehabilitation focuses on restoring mobility, reducing inflammation, and reactivating deep stabilising muscles. Post-surgical rehab following total hip replacement is also available. Through manual therapy, strengthening, and tailored functional exercises, we help patients return to daily and active lifestyles with better hip strength and flexibility.

Knee Pain
Knee pain can stem from sports injuries, degeneration, or overuse. At Heal Physio Rehab, we treat conditions like knee pain, ACL and meniscus injuries, and knee osteoarthritis Symptoms often include pain during walking, squatting, or going down stairs. Post-operative rehabilitation for knee surgeries is also part of our care. Our approach combines joint mobilisation, neuromuscular retraining, and progressive strengthening exercises. By restoring joint stability and correcting movement patterns, we aim to minimise pain, prevent further injury, and support a safe return to sport or daily activity.

Shoulder Pain
The shoulder is prone to injury from overuse, poor posture, or trauma. We treat conditions such as frozen shoulder, rotator cuff tendinopathy, and shoulder impingement syndrome, which can cause restricted motion and weakness. Our rehabilitation includes manual mobilisation, soft tissue release, and activation of shoulder stabilisers. We also work with patients recovering from dislocations or post-surgical shoulder procedures. Through targeted therapy, we aim to reduce pain, restore overhead range, and improve shoulder function in daily, work, or sports-related movements.

Wrist Pain
Wrist problems often arise from repetitive use, poor ergonomics, or direct trauma. At our clinic, we commonly treat carpal tunnel syndrome, wrist tendinitis, and De Quervain’s tenosynovitis. These conditions can result in pain, numbness, or weakness during gripping, lifting, or typing. Our treatment includes nerve mobilisations, soft tissue therapy, wrist stability exercises, and ergonomic education. We focus on relieving symptoms, restoring strength, and preventing chronic strain. Early intervention and treatment can improve long-term function and avoid the need for more invasive procedures.

Elbow Pain
Elbow pain is often related to repetitive strain or improper loading during work or sports. We provide treatment for tennis elbow (lateral epicondylitis), golfer’s elbow (medial epicondylitis), and ligament sprains. These issues can cause pain during lifting, gripping, or wrist movement. Our rehab includes soft tissue release, isometric strengthening, tendon loading strategies, and education on activity modification. By restoring muscle balance and tendon resilience, we help patients regain comfortable, pain-free use of their elbow in daily and athletic tasks.

Ankle Pain
The ankle is frequently injured due to twisting, falls, or sport. At Heal Physio Rehab, we manage ankle sprains, Achilles tendinopathy, and chronic ankle instability. These conditions often cause pain, swelling, or a sense of “giving way.” Our treatment plan includes joint mobilisation, balance training, strengthening of ankle stabilisers, and proprioceptive re-education. We also guide safe return to sports and daily movement. Proper rehabilitation reduces the risk of recurrent injuries and improves ankle confidence, function and strength with performance

Foot Pain
Foot pain affects posture, balance, and the way you walk. We treat common issues like plantar fasciitis, heel spurs, and flat feet (pes planus), which may cause discomfort during standing, walking, or exercise. Our treatment combines soft tissue techniques, stretching, foot muscle activation, and gait correction. We also provide advice on footwear, orthotics, and load management. Whether the cause is overuse or poor mechanics, our therapy helps restore foot alignment, reduce strain, and improve overall lower limb function.

Fractures
Rehabilitation after a fracture is essential to restore strength, mobility, and confidence in the affected area. At Heal Physio Rehab, we treat fractures in the upper and lower limbs, spine, or pelvis—whether managed conservatively or post-surgically. Once the bone has stabilised, therapy focuses on reducing stiffness, rebuilding muscle strength, improving joint mobility, and correcting compensatory movement patterns. Our approach also includes swelling control, scar management, and safe return-to-function training tailored to your daily or sport-specific needs. Early intervention post-fracture leads to faster, safer recovery.

Scoliosis
Scoliosis is a spinal condition involving lateral curvature, often developing during adolescence or as a result of degenerative changes in adulthood. At Heal Physio Rehab, we use evidence-based methods such as the Schroth Method to address postural imbalances, breathing control, and muscle symmetry. Treatment is individualised and may involve corrective exercises, manual therapy, and education on body awareness. We also support brace management and long-term monitoring to slow curve progression. Whether for children, teens, or adults, our scoliosis care helps improve alignment, confidence, and quality of life.
